About the Company

William Bissell has been a licensed architect  for twenty five years and founded his company 15 years ago.  He served in leading architectural firms in Hampton Roads, including Oliver Smith & Cooke, Shriver & Holland, CMSS, and Rancorn Wildman before launching  his own firm in 2004.  This firm began with a focus on commercial & healthcare and has since expanded to include historic preservation and residential projects.
